In 2020, we were stuck by a global pandemic which confined us to our homes with no certainty of when it would end. While staying indoors kept us safe and gave us time to introspect, it also brought our attention to our mental health and the nurturing needs. We were so used to a fast paced life, never pausing, never reflecting. The lockdown forced us to slow down and face the good, bad and ugly facets of our mental health. And that’s when it hit us, the depth of importance our minds hold in our lives. With this awakening thought, Unhurry® was born at the beginning of 2021. It was and is our attempt to ignite regular chatter around mental health and sustainability, so that you don’t need another lockdown to grasp the nutrition your mind needs. The pandemic is long gone but the learnings are still intact.

As we mark January as Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, we remain committed to spread the correct information about its impact on women. Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women globally, as per WHO. We had almost 604 000 new cases and 342 000 deaths in 2020. This month, we publish clinical research on Cervical Cancer prevention and management on our mental digital health platform, Unhurry®, so that more awareness can be spread.

We ended 2023 with our biggest Mental Health and Sustainability event, The Restore Awards (link), endorsed by the United Nations. The awards celebrated mental health and sustainability champions on a global stage and had top corporate leaders and celebrities supporting the cause. And with that in mind, we are proud to enter 2024 with the intention of prioritising mental health, sustainability and neurodiversity via our parent foundation Kindness Practice Foundation. After much demand and support from the Unhurry Board , we are here with monthly newsletters aiming to create the crying awareness on mental health and sustainability. Whether it’s accounts from warriors, tips from healers, clinically backed research or soothing articles to help you slow down, we’ve got you! So deep dive into this unique platform, that helps you understand how your mind, body and the earth are all connected.

Welcome aboard, let’s UNHURRY together!
